David Bulford, 83, of Pittston, passed away peacefully Tuesday October 21, 2025 surrounded by his loving family at home.   Born in West Pittston, he was a son of the late Thomas and Dorothy Bulford.   He attended West Pittston Schools and served his country proudly in the US Army.   He worked in local manufacturing for years at Topps Company Inc., Duryea, and later retied from Mia Products, Moosic.   An avid outdoorsman, he enjoyed hunting, fishing and woodworking.   In addit
