Ceil Ann Tierney, 77, of Hanover Township passed away peacefully Saturday November 22 2025 surrounded by her loving family in Highlands Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center, Laporte. Born in Hanover Township, she was a daughter of the late William and Margaret (Thomas) Tosh.
