Joseph M. Hartman, 74, of Larksville, passed away peacefully Wednesday, February 18, 2026, surrounded by his loving family at Geisinger Wyoming Valley Medical Center.   Born in Kingston, he was the son of the late Henry and Cecelia (Anson) Hartman.    He was a graduate of West Side Career and Technology Center and served his country proudly in the US Army.  Joe was a machine mechanic with Genova Products for many years until his retirement.  After retiring, he chose to contin
