Eric Johns, 56, of Wilkes-Barre passed away early Wednesday morning January 14 2026, surrounded by his son and friends in medicine after a courageous battle with cancer. Eric, born in Pringle, was the son of the late Robert Johns, and the late Rita Reilly Johns.   Eric was a graduate of Wyoming Valley West High School, West Side Career and Technology Center and graduated from the Luzerne County Community College Paramedic program in 1994.
