Joseph (Joe) P. Ryman, 77, of Wilkes-Barre, passed away peacefully Friday, December 26, 2025, after a lengthy illness in Gesinger Wyoming Valley Medical Center, Wilkes-Barre.   Born in Wilkes-Barre he was the son of the late Patrick and Flora Ryman.   Joe was a 1966 graduate of James M Coughlin High School, Wilkes-Barre.  He entered the US Navy right out of high school and was stationed on the US Savage 383. After proudly serving his country, he was employed as an electrician
