David Shampack, 71, of Wanamie, passed away Thursday May 7 2026 peacefully at home. Born in Wilkes-Barre he was the son of the late George and Virginia (Stevens) Shampack and was a graduate of Elmer L Meyers High School, Wilkes-Barre. He worked as a carpenter in the local construction industry for many years. He enjoyed watching his sports too, especially Penn State Football and the Philadelphia Phillies.
