Donald "Donny" Strope, Jr., 52, of Hanover Township, passed into God's eternal kingdom Thursday April 2, 2026, following a lengthy illness. Born in Wilkes-Barre, he was the son of Donald and Judith Edwards Strope, Wilkes-Barre. He was a 1991 graduate of E.L. Meyers High School, Wilkes-Barre, and attended Lincoln Technical Institute in Allentown, PA. He was employed by Pennsylvania Power and Light Company in Scranton, Hazleton and Wilkes-Barre for twenty-five years. As a
