Dennis H Kelly, 79, of Luzerne, passed away peacefully Wednesday March 25 2026 surrounded by his loving family. Born in Wilkes-Barre, he was the son of the late Joseph and Helen (Green) Kelly and was a graduate of GAR Memorial High School, Wilkes-Barre.
