Barbara J. Sepko

Barbara J Sepko, 91, of Hanover Green, Hanover Township passed away peacefully on Monday May 11, 2026, at home.

Born October 31, 1935, she was the daughter of the late Russell and Margaret Hopper Sorber.

Barbara was a graduate of Newport Township school and the Wyoming Seminary Dean School of Business. 

Along with her beloved late husband John, they've built a life rooted in hard work and dedication through Sepko Electric and Sepko Apartments in Hanover Township. 

Barbara was a faithful and active member of the Episcopal Church of St. Clement and Saint Peter in Wilkes Barre for 71 years were her presence and commitment were deeply valued. 

Barbara loved to travel, enjoyed old movies, and cherished children, who brought her great happiness throughout her life. 

She is survived her loving children Kimberly Sepko, Paul Sepko and Cynthia Dinoski, all of Hanover Township and John Richard Sepko of California, grandchildren, Jason Schwab, Ian Schwab, Ethan Dinoski, Jared Dinoski, Ariana Dinoski and Alexandra Dinoski and her beloved great-grandchildren Kaylee Schwab and Emma Schwab, her sidekick, grand fur baby Quinoa (Poo) who has been by her side for the past three years since she has gotten sick.

Her memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew her and loved her, and she is now at peace in the arms of the Lord. Funeral arrangements are all private at her request.

Funeral Arrangements will be held at the convenience of the family from the Daniel J. Hughes Funeral & Cremation Service, Wilkes-Barre. #Sepko
