Born on October 17, 1987, in Langhorne, PA, Joe was the beloved son of Joseph Vincent Dierolf and Desiree Evans. He radiated a high vibration of love, light, and generosity throughout his life.

After graduating from Elmer L. Meyers High School with academic honors and high achievements in speech and debate, Joe explored his passions for culinary arts and music before building a successful career in painting and contracting.

A prodigy vocalist and musician — gifted on both piano and guitar — Joe shared his music with all who loved him. He found happiness in nature, at festivals, with friends, and most of all, with his family.

Known for his sense of humor, zest for life and fun, and unmatched generosity, Joe will be deeply missed by all who were lucky enough to know and love him.

Joe is survived by his fiancée, Justine Jones, and her son, Tristan Jones; his parents, Joseph Vincent Dierolf and Desiree Evans; and his sister, Lisamarie Shires, and her husband, Michael Shires, along with their children Laila, Zoe, and Vance.

A Celebration of Joe’s Life will be held Saturday, October 11 2025 from 3:00 to 5:00 PM at the Daniel J Hughes Funeral & Cremation Service, 617 Carey Avenue Wilkes-Barre.

All who knew and loved Joe are welcome to attend.
