Larry Lee Wandel

Larry Lee Wandel, 42, of Hunlock Creek passed away peacefully on Saturday, January 4 2025, surrounded by his loving family in Geisinger Wyoming Valley Medical Center.

Born in Wilkes-Barre, he is the son of Larry Lee Wandel, Sr. and Linda (Barber) Culver.

He was a graduate of Lake Lehman High School and was self employed as a painter with Flawless Finishing for many years.

He was an avid sports fan who enjoyed Buffalo Bills football and golfing but most of all enjoyed spending time with his family.

Many of his happiest memories were going to the swimming hole with his family.  He loved spending time with his girls.

He will be sadly missed by his daughters, Annalyse, Crystal, Jade and Lydia, his parents, Larry and Linda, siblings, Shelby Lee Zook and Keith Culver, Jr., nieces and nephews, Beatrix, Koen, and Mina Zook & Korben and Jack Culver and his numerous friends.

A memorial service will be held Saturday, June 28, 2025, at 10:30 AM in the Living Hope Bible Church, 484 Carey Avenue, Wilkes-Barre.

Family and friends will gather from 10:00AM until the service Saturday at the church.
